In 2008 Government launched the STOP Strategy to assist with minimising graffiti vandalism in our communities.
- Sale of spray cans to under 18 year olds prohibited
- Access to spray cans in shops restricted
- Possession of graffiti implements a criminal offense
- Increased penalties under the Summary Offences Act 1981
